A Two-Week Holistic Immersion into Ayurveda & Conscious Eating, leading to Continued Studies in an Ayurvedic Lifestyle...

A Monthly Self-Care Sadhana with Cory Tixier

Cory Tixier is a designated Experienced 500-Hr Yoga Teacher, an Ayuryoga Practitioner, and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. Self-Care Sadhana is a weekly workshop series that focuses on the life-preserving practices or Ayurveda called "Dinacharya" (or Daily Routine) and is something that, as a student with Flow and Restore, you'll participate in on a monthly basis. 

Your 200-Hr Flow and Restore Yoga Teacher Training will begin in its first weeks with in-depth self-reflection through the lens of Ayurveda, Yoga's holistic sister-science. And the opportunity to continue to study and reflect on Ayurvedic lifestyle philosophy will continue throughout the program.

A Complete Guide to Crafting & Delivering Yoga Nidra and nearly fifteen hours of concentrated study on how Yoga Nidra works and how to construct our own Yoga Nidra practices for delivery. This module culminates in an assignment to facilitate your own 30-Minute Yoga Nidra Session to the public.

The branches of yoga (bhakti, karma, etc.), paths of yoga lineage, and the Modern Schools.

Yoga Anatomy Course Components

For the anatomy component of your training, we're partnering with world-renowned Yoga Educators & best-selling authors of Yoga Anatomy, Leslie Kaminoff & Amy Matthews.

Using what they've learned in their combined 50-years of experience training yoga teachers, they've created a unique online + in-person course that's exclusively available through Teacher Training programs: Fundamentals.

And an Asana-Library filled with supplemental study on 20 additional Pose-Specific Workshops.

A Closer Look at These 20-Hours of Study

In this section of our course, you can expect to be lead through movement experiments that will help you experience advanced anatomy ideas to your own personal practice, and give you tools to access those ideas as a guide and teacher.

This will take you everywhere from foundation study of bones, muscles, connective tissue, and the breath to Asana Philosphy and a Mind-Body Perspective on how to work with pain in Standing and Seated Postures.
