The Fall 2023 Program Details
- Program Start Date: October 29, 2023
- Program Duration: Approximately 6 months, ending in March 2024.
- Weekly clinics take place on Sundays 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM ET and Tuesdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM ET.
- Approximately three hours of independent study and personal practice assignments each week.
- Standard Tuition: $2,800.
- Work-Exchange Opportunities are available to cover up to $400 of the tuition.
- Payment plans of up to ten months are available.
- Generous scholarships are available for BIPOC participants.

Upon registering for the Flow and Restore Yoga Teacher Training, you'll be contacted by a member of our Leadership Team who will work with you 1:1 to get set up in the online platform, prepare yourself to start live classes and independent study, and work with you to select the payment option that works best for you.
