Workflow
work·flow /ˈwərkflō/ noun the sequence of industrial, administrative, or other processes through which a piece of work passes from initiation to completion.
What do we mean by Workflow Services?
If we had more time together, I'd share how I went from being afraid to ask for a fifty-cent raise at a service job to launching a regionally recognized wellness company and UnitedHealthCare's closest marketing partner in Downstate New York.

Hi, I'm Ash and I am an E-RYT, YACEP, a Kajabi Expert and the founder and Chief Operating Officer of the Flow and Restore Collective.
I am feverishly passionate about generating artistically attractive, creatively engaging, transformative experiences that leave individuals and companies more curious, invested and committed to nurturing all aspects of their well-being.
As a practitioner myself, I've grown increasingly interested in the tools out there to support growing and stabilizing businesses on a mission to contribute to the world working.
And as a result, I've learned a thing or two about interesting ways to promote a business online in the process.
One unexpected resulted of building my own business is becoming expert at utilizing multiple growth-oriented softwares like HubSpot, Keap and, especially, Kajabi. So myself, and a small team of mostly women, have dedicated our "side-hustle" time to sharing our expertise with other like-minded solo-preneurs and small businesses.
So, what are some of the secrets I really believe in?
If you are someone who is utilizing mutiple engines to run the web-aspects of your business... For example: if you're paying for mailchimp, clickfunnels, wordpress, godaddy and a CRM, I highly recommend collapsing them into Kajabi.
Kajabi's software is, without question the best out there. The updates that have been made to it's interface and capacities in the last several months are, also, totally unparalleled.
A vast majority of my freelance design work comes from fellow entrepreneurs who see the benefits of utilizing the software but don't want to go through the hastle of learning to do detailed work in it.

You do not have to do everything by yourself. And, as you progress on your journey, owning and operating a business, you will constantly be refining what you need to be the one to do and what you can outsource to someone else.
I met my V.A., Shera on UpWork and we've kept our contract open for months and months and months. Most clients in the U.S. would never even consider paying my hourly rate for a copy/paste job. On UpWork, you can find qualified V.A.'s to work with you, who are fluent in english, on projects for pennies on the dollar.
You can also hire freelances there for aspects of a project you might not know how to complete and you'll be protected by their legal clauses.
I tend to work with ayurvedic doctors, integrative nutritionists, personal trainers, psychologists, social workers, personal and professional development coaches, career coaches and, in-general, people who are out to make a difference in the world.
And while I make it a point not to collapse my freelance work in Kajabi and other web-based platforms with the operations of my own wellness business, as you poke around here, you will find lots of little nuggets that can support you in maintaining a sense of peace of mind while nursing a growing business.
