FAR Therapeutic Yoga Summer Series
This series takes place twice per year; once in the Summer Season, and once in the Winter.

Raja Yoga, the study and application of the Yoga Sutras to one's life, is a guidebook to peace of mind and self-transformation. Thoughtfully combined with Therapeutic Yoga, is a recipe for long-term health and happiness. This becomes possible through its regular and practical application in modern day-to-day life.
In this series, each student experiences a specific and measurable shift in one targeted area of their choosing. That area is identified before each class begins via survey and the shift experienced is largely self-generated through the structure of the 4-Session offering. In this series, students commonly address issues with sleep, stress, back issues, and moderate chronic pain.
Over the course of four consecutive sessions, we will perform heating asanas, 1 or 2 long-held restorative postures, yoga nidra/progressive relaxation, pranayama, meditation, and a journaling opportunity on one teaching from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
In between each session, you are asked to engage daily, with the same teaching/inquiry and journal about it. To formalize what you intend to achieve out of the series, each student completes both an intake and outtake assessment as well as weekly pre-class and post-class assessments, with any requests for specific focuses in the upcoming class.

Upon registering for the series, you will receive calendar occasions for all four sessions as well as an intake form for you to complete before the start of the series.
The Flow of the Series:
Before the first session on July 24th:
- Complete your intake form
- Schedule a 15-Minute Call to let me know what you'd like to accomplish out of participating in the series
Saturday Evenings:
- Complete a 2-question survey by 9:00 PM
Sunday Mornings:
- Attend the session at 8:00 AM
Mondays through Thursdays:
- Complete your journaling assignment each day, at a time that works for you
Thursdays:
- After journaling, complete a 2-question survey
Fridays:
[No required practices.]
After the final session on August 21st:
- Complete your final assessment
- Schedule a 15-Minute Call to let me know what you accomplished by participating in the series
